General Policies

Because each basket is made to order, delivery time is approximately 12 weeks. We will contact you if there is any delay.
We also deliver USPS. Prices are subject to change without notice. Please e-mail us at nantucketbasketworks@comcast.net with any special requests or instructions. We are more than happy to work with you on an individual basis to create just what you are looking for.

Shipping Policies

We offer the following shipping methods and delivery times:

We will provide shipping charges to you via e-mail for shipment outside of the United States and request your approval prior to shipment.

 

 

Taxes

We collect 6.25% Massachusetts state sales tax when the shipping address is in Massachusetts.
      
We collect Massachusetts state sales tax on items ordered in Massachusetts.

 

Delivery Time

Please allow 6 - 8 weeks for delivery of your basket. Each basket is custom made to your specifications - they don't come off a shelf ! They are very labor intensive - but well worth the wait ! Our new bracelets are also custom made and will be delivered to you in 3-4 weeks.

To have your name added to our mailing list please send your Name , Address , and phone number , along with the type of baskets you are most interested in to : nantucketbasketworks@comcast.net.
 

Returns

They are one of a kind baskets. If they need a repair, the repair will be made free of charge. All special order baskets may be returned if there is no personalization - quarterboards, engraving etc. Satisfaction guaranteed or full refund (except on personalized items, such as purses that are adorned with name engraved quarterboards). Sale baskets can not be returned. All baskets are guaranteed for life for normal repairs. Free of charge.
